Upscaling, restoration and colourisation — all planned, none implemented.
Enhancement models predict detail rather than recovering it. That distinction is easy to gloss over in marketing and matters a great deal in practice: an upscaled face is a plausible face, not necessarily the right one.
KaiConvert plans to state that plainly on each tool when it ships. For now, none of them run. The resize tool will enlarge an image using standard interpolation, which is honest about being softer.
