Turn an image into a video
Planned as a cloud AI tool: a short animated clip generated from a still image.
Not available yet
This tool is on the roadmap. The page is here so the workflow, formats and related tools are documented — but nothing is processed and no result is produced.
Image-to-video is the heaviest thing on this roadmap. Generating temporally coherent frames is far beyond a browser tab, and it is the point where KaiConvert’s media handling extends past images for the first time.
The registry and routing already model video as a media kind so this fits without restructuring — but the feature itself is cloud-only and disabled.
What you get
Short generated clips
A few seconds of motion from a single still.
First video-kind tool
The registry already models video, so this slots in without an architectural change.
Explicit disclosure
Cloud processing is stated before any upload.
